Analog Brix Refractometer
1. Adjust the focus by turning the Eyepiece
2. Calibration = zero adjustment: place deionized water on the prism, close the cover and look through natural light. Adjust the zero mark on the scale with the screw driver provided
3. Use the dropper to place your sample on the prism and close the cover plate
4. Point the refractometer towards the light and look at the scale through the eyepiece to read the scale.
